I. Principal Subsidiaries
QPL Limited
QPL Limited ("QPL") is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of QPL International Holdings Limited since
its incorporation in 1987 in Hong Kong. Its principally
activity is the manufacture and sales of integrated
circuit leadframes, heatsinks and stiffeners.
QPL obtained ISO9002 (1987), ISO9002 (1994) and QS9000
(1998) in 1994, 1997 and 2002 respectively. In February
2003, QPL and its Chang An factory have received preliminary
notification to obtain both QS9000 (1998) and ISO9001
(2000) certificates.
Its manufacturing operation started to move from Hong
Kong to Chang An, Dongguan, China since 2002 and was
substantially completed in February 2003.

Talent Focus Industries Limited
Talent Focus Industries Limited ("Talent")
is a wholly-owned subsidiary of QPL International Holdings
Limited since its incorporation in 1993 in Hong Kong.
Its principal activity is the manufacture and sales
of stamped leadframes, moulds and toolings.
Talent obtained ISO9002 (1994) and ISO9001 (2000) in
1996 and 2002 respectively. By March 2000, it completed
the relocation of its manufacturing operation to Longgang
District, Shenzhen, China. In January 2001, it was awarded
the "Advance Enterprise" of 2000 by Longgang
District Henggang Town PRC government and the "
Advance Factory" for two consecutive years in 2000
and 2001 by Shenzhen Longgang District Henggang Town
Investment Management Company. It also achieved a "Class
A" management status as defined by PRC Custom in
March 2002.

ASAT Holdings Limited
ASAT Holdings Limited ("ASAT") is an approximately
43% owned associate company of QPL International Holdings
Limited and is a public company listed on the NASDAQ.

of semiconductor packages and world-class manufacturing
